Empezando con el CSS de una página

Según terminaba de escribir el artículo de Haz que tus páginas sigan los estándares, me dí cuenta de que la última parte del mismo hacía referencia a los estilos por defecto que traen algunos navegadores y que hacía poca referencia a ello.

Me limité a dar una pequeña instrucción que si bien ayuda, no es la panacea, pues no remedia todos estos estilos por defecto, por ello, empecé a buscar algún código ya existente y que fuera lo más completo posible para rebajar a lo mínimo la influencia de los navegadores en los estilos por defecto.

Encontré un código escrito por Faruk Ates que lleva tiempo utilizando y que me ha parecido bastante interesante para incluir como punto de inicio en nuestros proyectos.

Actualización

Según algunos comentarios, de AlcoHolic y de Covi añado un par de hacks para resetear los valores de estilo por defecto en los navegadores.

Para gustos los colores, así que elegid el que más os guste.
